If you wanted to grow crops but keep a gatherer vibe, you could always put cocoa beans on a bunch of the trees and berry bushes scattered about!

civilizations in mexico used chinampas to grow crops, they are like floating plataforms build in rivers and lakes

You could add some foraging/hunting trails that go out into the jungle

i love the wordbuilding that you're making around your structures

love this one a lot! The stone is definitely the best choice imo. It helps it stand out against all that green

I think a quarry would be a great addition to the build whenever you come back here! They had to get all that stone from somewhere!

You could add small patches of crops, berries etc along the paths! People used to tend to edible plants where they found them, not just set out into the wild and see what they could find. So for example when Europeans got to the Americas, they marvelled at the bountiful 'wilderness' but what they were looking at was really the skill and hard work of the inhabitants. Just not in big monoculture fields like they were used to.

Marloe how , HOW do you keep doing this??
My builds look like a naturally generated village compared to yours!
Good work mans<3

I like the use of multiple different roof techniques on the houses

Hope your arm is doing better! Cool builds as usual! :)

I'm a big fan of super slender path through the jungle.  I've had success with sneaking in a stripped log in the path blocks from time to time and they should compliment well if you aren't using wood in the structures.

Everything looks great. Keep up the good work😀

i love how much thought you put into each building and block you place!

I've recently seen a video on ancient civilizations (by Kursgezart) and in it a civilization used to have no doors, instead they entered from holes in their roofs! You could use it as an inspiration for a future civilisation

That creeper in the back at 1:59 had me worried😅
Gorgeous work as always!

Love to see how the quality of the content improved everytime, Marloe!! For this video i especially love the part when you got to the history of this civilization. The hand drawn map, Queen Tecal's Laws, the monarch system is so awesome!! You mentioned the sholar's fate is unknown, but maybe in future video you can expand and tell us more about him?? 👀👀 Thank you so much for the hardwork and love you put in the videoss!!!

Hay man love the videos.
not sure if you take build suggestions but I always loved Minecraft lighthouses and I think your world would look great with one.
especially if it’s near a fishing village.

Bonus points if there’s something spooky about the lighthouse.

I think it could be cool if the pathway were less clean with more grass cutting tjem to show that the jungle has reclaimed its own !

I wonder if he will actually add some villagers this time

Maybe they would have an ocelot in a bamboo cage. May not seem realistic that it would still be alive but then if that pile of meat is still fresh, why not?

I thought this thumbnail was an asset from an old isometric game, like the restaurants from Zoo Tycoon or something. Then I read the title and went "Holy shit, that's Minecraft?!" You absolute mad lad, that's killer, dude
