False, you didn't buy 80 million+ PSPs.

There's so much PSP in this video, every cat in my neighborhood gathered at my house while I was watching it.

The psp had a large display, wifi, and could save image and video files to local storage. Teenagers took full advantage of this before parents wised up.

Austin just reminded me of those countless hours on internet browser with my psp 2000 in the bathroom using my neighbors unprotected wifi at 15 years old. Truly revolutionary lol

The PSP was WAY ahead of its time, I mean it could play video, music, pictures, browser 2 years before the first iPhone..... Not to mention backwards compatible emulation....it still holds up!

The PSP was one of the highlights of my childhood and I will cherish this device forever

Still remember being in college and we had a group project/presentation due one day and I was responsible for bringing in the data. Woke up with everything complete on my computer and finding that the internet was down at my house (most of the town was down as well). Ok, no problem I should have a usb somewhere........oh shit I can't find one and I have less than an hour, Shit! Looking through my room I see it, my PSP. I grab the cable and plug it into my pc, switch it to usb mode and dump the files onto my PSP. Once everything looks ok I throw it into its case and hop on my bike to school, plug into the pc in the class and copy the files over. Our big class project was safe and secure. I did get a few funny comments about what I was doing with it, but I just laughed about it and said it's always good to have a backup plan or 3 when shit hits the fan.

Bro had me click on this video thinking imma see two rooms full of PSPs

watching every bit of PSP content because i finally got one for a decent price after ive wanted one since 2012

Need a new portable that’s not just remote play on a screen with PlayStation controllers…

The PSP is by far one of the best handheld consoles I've ever had in that time, remembered the times that I was grinding God of War: Chains of Olympus for 5 hours straight

Parents surprised me and my brother with a PSP Go back then, we immediately traded it in for the 3000

Sounds like austin was the one playing whack-a-mole 😂

The PSPgo was peak form factor and I still have mine. It's so nice

I still remember taking my PSP to school and let my friends play it. It was a gift from my Dad and I’ll never forget it.

I remember it was my first year of college, it was 2007. The iPhone wasn't out in my country yet. I was in the library, connected to the university's wifi, enrolling my 2nd term courses on my PSP.

I got my PSP 3004 as a birthday gift and I still absolutely love it!

I remember winning my PSP 1000 model from a Stacker machine at the mall. On my third attempt. My sister was pissed because she was attempting to get it lmao

About a year or two before the DSi came out, me and my brother awoke one Christmas morning to find presents for us. My brother opened his first and he found a DS Lite, along with Pokemon Diamond and two other games. I was excited too, hoping to find a DS of my own to play with my brother. However, the box was differently shaped, being longer and bigger than the DS box was. I opened it to find a PSP 3000, a carrying case for it, Rachet & Clank: Size Matters, Spider-Man Friend or Foe, and God of War: Chains of Olympus. Knowing my cousin had a PSP for a couple years now, I easily recognized what I had and was fine with it not being a DS.  That day made me a fan of R&C and made me an even greater fan of GoW. It even got me into the Patapon series and Monster Hunter through Freedom Unite.

I can’t believe the PSP is almost 20 years old. Man, the hype for this thing was unreal back in the day. What a time in gaming.
