I feel absolutely sick for EJ. He had that win in the bag. 95% chance win at that point. But I always see him throw his spare super hard and have seen him miss a spare so many times. So when that ball left his hand and it looked a little right, I was like not again..... Cant believe it :(

I've been Bowling for 7 years sadly can't anymore because our Bowling Alley shut down in 2017 and I've NEVER seen this before

With him having the right lane locked in. I didn’t understand the idea behind EJ finishing on the left lane where he could have 3 shots on the left

Kyle kept the 'fro intact. Urethane seems to take the conditions out of play. Tame those revs as well.

I haven't seen EJ choke in a long time, but he choked here. Needed just 17 pins on the 10th frame to close out Troupe, and he whiffed on the 10 pin for the do or die spare.  Well, I watched Belmo miss a whole bunch of spares in his own bracket recently. So no matter how good you are, sometimes the pressure gets to you and you don't make that one shot that you've made a million times.  Was rooting for an EJ v. Prather finals match, but it wasn't to be.

EJ was so pissed after missing that 10 pin and I can totally understand, 10 pins are hard even for professionals. It wasn’t his fault that he choked under pressure, it happens.

53:10 That experienced pros sometimes turn entirely away from bad shots seems so silly to me.  Even if it's a bad shot, bowlers can gain information about the conditions by watching the ball motion.  I know he's a champion and all, but this seems like foolishness.

Great finish by Kyle.  Tough break for EJ, but he will probably learn something from it.
