I enjoyed the story. I good story makes mental images. That is true here.

So why was she ordered originally to not even look at the stone, then asked to read it? And why were four previous housemaids sent away with a glowing character and a year's wages?

The story was pleasant, well narrated, supplemented by fine background images. But, I confess, I couldn't grasp the implicit matter and the significance of the scripts on the stone tablet. I would be obliged to learn that.

The timeline doesn’t seem to make sense. The Rosetta Stone was “found” in 1799 and fully translated by 1822. The story timeline begins with acquisition of the stela in the story in 1822. This is 14 years after the completed translation of the Rosetta Stone and the language was totally accessible to the Egyptologist of the day. 🙁

Odd little story. It was okay though. I rate your tale a 5.5 out of 10. Judge was a nice addition❣️

История весьма надуманная. Если бы озвучка и перевод были бы лучше может быть и суть рассказа была бы лучше для восприятия. Голос озвучки ужасный, лингвистика
перевода 🫣ужасная.
