19:19 - A vaishnav is he, who is hearing when hearing, is chanting when he's chanting, is cooking when he's cooking etc. Full focus on the present task. Without distractions.
24:01 - One should make it a point, that the time I'm spending on seeing my phone, I want to spend on reading books
23:30 - Bhagavatam is not anybody's opinion coming from a mind which is contaminated
