A British man who has lived in Brazil for 27 years has given up trying to understand a single word of Portuguese.
An American English teacher recorded an angry video because of "bonitão" (handsome).
A Russian woman thought the whole of Brazil was asleep at seven o'clock at night. And a French woman spent two years looking for Fulana.
In this video, I've brought together six foreigners who learned Portuguese and got stuck in exactly the same places — and at the end there's an American who can no longer speak English properly because he's missing words that only exist here.
