This was a dream come true for Dimash. He shared that at the age of 5, he had a VHS of a concert by Maestro Domingo and he dreamed of meeting and working with him. Dimash learned this in one day and had only one rehearsal. We are so proud of Dimash and hope that all his dreams come true.

Thank you. I love that Placido wanted to do this duet with Dimash. Placido is 83 and Dimash is 29! Amazing and moving.

I’m shocked that so many of the reactors don’t know who Placido Domingo is. This isn’t a criticism just an observation. I guess younger people just aren’t exposed to this genre of music. Even so, Placido Domingo has been considered one the greatest tenors of our time. It takes Dimash to introduce this amazing performer to the younger set.

This was performed as part of the Virtuoso program, a contest to support young classical artists in Eastern Europe. Dimash was invited to be a judge by Maestro Domingo.

Glad to see you again, Sabina. Dimash was a member of the panel of judges, Placido Domingo was the head. That was just a special number. Domingo was excited in meeting Dimash, and when they finally met, the former invited Dimash for a duet. According to Domingo, his grandson, who happened to be a drummer, discovered Dimash.

What a beautiful duet!! It is amazing that Placido can still sing like that at his age.  Incredible!!!

Amazing, Magical, two legends in harmony with each other,
Thankyou Sabina once again your thoughts was exactly what you witnessed
Be safe until next time ❤

He is one of the 3 legendary 3 TENNORS from the 90. This is HUGE moment for DIMASH ... BTW - love your reactions to Dimash ❤🙏

Placido Domingo was one of the Three Tenors in 1990s also including Luciano Pavarotti and Jose Carreras. They were fantastic! Dimash had only one day to prepare for this duet which was sung in French! I thought he was fabulous! Dimash voice always has this soaring feeling to me shown so well here.

Thank you for your sincere reaction to your favorite artist! We wish you to attend an amazing Dimash concert in Budapest in May!!!

This is a dream come true for me.  I've longed for Dimash to sing a classic operatic aria.  And to think he had this opportunity with Maestro Placido Domingo is beyond everything for me.  Many people are being introduced to opera who neer would have considered it before and I love this!

Gracias Sabina!

Plácido is the best of all times. It is a honor for Dimash sing with him.😊
