Two years ago, I decided to diversify part of my portfolio by investing €650,000 in the construction of a villa in Marrakech. Today, it's finally finished, and I'm taking you on a tour.

J’ai vu beaucoup de commentaires concernant le vis-à-vis, et vous avez raison : sur les images actuelles, il est encore très présent. La maison vient tout juste d’être terminée et toute la végétation autour est encore très jeune. Les arbres et les plantations ont justement été pensés pour créer beaucoup plus d’intimité une fois qu’ils auront poussé 🌴🌿
Je vous referai une vidéo dans quelques mois pour vous montrer l’évolution et le résultat une fois les extérieurs bien installés. Ce sera d’ailleurs intéressant de comparer l’avant/après !
