Every TIME TRAVEL Movie Twist That Doomed the Future It Saved
Sci-Fi Guy Explains

People treat the rescue as the safe part of a time travel story and the twist as something that happens later. Usually the rescue is the twist. Doc and Marty stop a robbery that would have wrecked the McFly family, and the 1985 they come home to has George dead since 1973 and Hill Valley run from Biff's casino tower. Tim fixes one thing for his sister in About Time and spends the rest of the film paying for it. #scifi #timetravel #backtothefuture #abouttime

I never knew there was a different ending to the Butterfly Effect. I only ever saw the Directors Cut it seems.
Donnie Darko is just a trip.

"So I hear you have a time travel movie pitch for us."
"Yes, it's about a person who tries to do good by going back in time and changing the past, but it backfires and makes things even worse."
"Wow, how original!"
