Weird how it's always the men staying when they're unhappy. Women are out the moment a hard feeling comes up

after my last heartbreak dont think i wanna date anymore il just die alone.

When a man leaves a relationship, you know there’s a good story behind it.

I learned a hard lesson about dating anyone who had recently gotten divorced, the relationship was a rollercoaster of emotions. They would pull me in closely with lots of intense interest then push me away-back and forth repeatedly. I've dated 2 people in this situation and it took a toll on me, I will not date anyone who haven't healed for at least a year post divorce or long-term relationship. Some people can't handle being alone and they will absolutely use you to calm their anxiety, leaving you behind in their path of destruction.

I love breakups. This is my fourth breakup in the last decade and I feel acclimated better each time. The sense of loss and a hole in your life of their absence is an amazing well of energy to draw from. The pain is a strong force of focus that I pour into my body and mind and I come out more resilient each time. Here’s to my most recent breakup of a one and a half year relationship just a few weeks ago. looking forward to many more. Cheers

Thank you, coach Craig for reminding so many of the commentators not to vilify the dumper.  I think they are perhaps, too triggered and simply default to finger pointing and also lack knowledge of relationship/masculine/feminine psychology.

Would love to see another video on this one!

Thank you coach Craig. This video is so true and it's really going to help me out with my situation. I'm going through this situation right now...I asked my on and off again ex did she want me to move on because if so I would leave her alone for good I said. She said.. not saying that and she would later say she didn't know. But her actions seem to be overwhelmed or exhausted. To be honest I am exhausted too. She would said she missed our good times, but then she would say we argue all the time...I said but how 99% of the time we were good. She ''I hear you". At this point I would love her to be totally transparent with me. I'm starting to be over it... I've never had a problem with getting a woman.. I just fell in love with her. She blames me for the break up..to me I think She is a borderline narcissist. She never holds herself accountable for her actions and she will play the victim and play the mental game and said if I didn't do this or didn't that..we wouldn't be in this current predicament. As I am writing this..I'm feeling like a fool. I'm going to walk away and start dating again. Thank you

Me and my ex saw each other this past 10/8. I was coming to town for a wedding and her family reached out because she told them to,  to invite me to dinner at their house. We had a great time. We haven’t communicated since then, I think it’s important for me to remember that it’s makes sense that it’d take longer for her to text me after face to face as opposed to just texts which has less pressure. We are both avoidant btw.

Craig I just wanna say I love your videos and they have helped me out so much the last 5 months of my break up that she actually reached out while I was in no contact but I did find out she has a new boyfriend

They all come back and then let the games begin

Hey craigh if someone breaks up with us in a toxic relationship repeatedly should blocking them is a good option? Or we should just delete their number? Or if i have  blocked them should i unblock them ? Kindly reply thanks

hey craig i want ur    opinion on this so my ex reached out 6 months after leaving just to say " i forgive u for moving on" and said she didnt wanna talk or anything..than i told her i didnt move on but since she didnt wanna talk i blocked her than after that her friend tried to reach me but i ignored there friend cuz i feel like its just drama..is this a mind game from her? she was the one who broke up with me cuz we had nothing in common.

My ex after a 2.5 months begging told me that she in not interested to reconcile and told me that if I send her another email ( I am hard blocked) she will going to the police….  I started no contact having no other options… 10 days nc… still no response from her… I believe I lost her …

3 month relationship that I screwed up. Blocked. 6 months later. I don’t think he is ever coming back. :(

Could I get an avoidant ex back a third time? We broke up a second time in october it has been a month. She going the classic route of trying to suppress feelings, avoid being alone, and kinda villify me.

I’m the dumper. But it felt like the relationship was self sabotage by my ex so I was forced to dump. I probably should have been the dumpee  because what you’re saying is exactly how she’s reacting

It’s been six months since I’ve seen my girlfriend and I haven’t heard nothing yet

My relationship is fairly similar to hers
My ex just got out of a 25 year marriage when I met him  - he wasn’t ready when we were first dating and he wanted to be single so I broke it off with him and I left him alone
Then I contacted him again several months later & we started dating again
Then we did that whole cycle one more time and this time we were in a relationship
But because he got triggered  ( his anxious attachment style I think)
He broke up with me the last time  - it’s been four months - I stayed no contact the whole time until he reached out to me at Thanksgiving
He is still very hurt and angry, and we are again in no contact one month  now
I don’t know what to do. I’m just keeping no contact.
