How much such sadhana do I need to imagine all of us are just same part of the same enlivening force that we cringe to gravitate to some attractive object that  we cast all our reasoning to believe the only deliverance for our lives and hence go extremes when rebuffed by the object of our advances. Strange indeed is this spiritual understanding! Suffice to admit there is a higher self that we can not easily achieve without the determination to be righteous!
