Y'all have done a downright amazing job over the course of this week. Hat's off to Tom, Matt, and Dani for the shorts. I hope you're planning to take a well deserved break after all this. You've earned it.

Good luck fitting that sequel name on your screen: The Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the Ring, Trick Taking Game: Two Towers Edition.

Board Games Direct is completely flawless. Please do this again every so often.

Somehow, no board game previews or news or what have you ever seems to be this concise yet detailed. It seems weird to say but I’m surprised that all of these videos are just you showing the game and talking about it because that genuinely seems rare these days.

Most people just speculate, or talk without showing, or they show but they are bad at explaining and they just ramble on about nothing.

THIS is perfection

I was like "None of these are really for me, oh well :/" until ANIMAL RESCUE TEAM! Look at that cardboard bunny, let's go!

This was an awesome series guys. What a huge undertaking. Keen to see some individual deep dives on many of these games in the future. 🎉

Alibis almost looks like an alternate ruleset for Codenames. All you need is some notepads & a deck of cards, matching the words to 2-A instead of the perp cards

The cargo in hollow pact looks suspiciously like a tardis

The people and turrets from Spark Riders reminded me of a 90s boardgame called Omega Virus

For anyone who's wondering, a spanner is a wrench. For those of us who don't use the queen's English😊

In hollow pact, when you mentioned the tunnel you can only go through if insane, I could only picture a Wile E Coyote style tunnel... Basically painted on a brick wall, and only the insane person can go into it as if it was real...

Thank you so so much for this week of crazy amount of games covered. I hope you can dive deeper into the ones you liked a lot. Or don't, who am I to say. Also Feya's Swamp is going to be epic or what?? Am I crazy to consider flying to Essen and pay 500€+ just to get that game early?
