I love how AITA posters say "on a throwaway cuz significant other uses reddit" and then proceed to list out every detail of their lives for context.

"I refuse to use this as a teaching moment for my son, because he isn't an adult that should know all of these things yet" Im so glad that at 18 you instantly learn everything about social dynamics and you don't have to be taught slowly over time

"they aren't outwardly bigoted"
"they don't like the idea of women wearing pants"

A lot of people on the subreddit do not realize that you can be right but still be an asshole

i love the idea that food waste comes from people getting servings that are too large at a cafeteria instead of the dozens of pounds of food tossed away by every single restaurant every single day lmao

I don't think grocery store workers should ever have to clean up dogshit so for that reason I agree with not letting in dogs

react court and other podcastable content is absolutely S-tier for tasks like housework and laundry

Saying your parents aren’t bigoted immediately before saying they don’t like women in pants is actually insane

Holy shit, seeing NL's chat confuse "the 19th century" with "the 1900s" proves everything I've ever thought about the intelligence of twitch chat.

For anyone wondering, the person with the grandma born before 1900 said their grandma had their dad at 40, and their dad had them at an older age than that. So conservatively, if their grandma was born in the 1890s, the poster could have been born in the 70s or 80s.

"This is really dramatic for an old person to write." The sincerity in your voice had me rolling.

Its not hard to leave your dog at home for an hour while you shop. Don't bring it and leave it in the car, just leave it at home. Its not the end of the world if a dog comes into a store, but theres also no reason for it to happen outside of homeless folk or someone with a guide dog

Shocking how much the dogs in grocery store argument solidified my opinion that they shouldn't be allowed. It's one of those things that maybe seems fine until you look, and the longer you look the worse it gets.

The moments before NL reads the comments on each post is peak tension build up, ultimate in cinema. You never know how the mystery will unfurl until the comments are shown

“How hard can your job possibly be” are brave words for a Twitch Streamer.

The story about the kid making fun of his classmate’s food might not be bait, I used to teach at a private school and those parent teacher conferences sounded a bit like the OP
