“New, potentially dangerous”
First thing I thought of was Guilty Spark, Chief will never fully trust monitors because of 343

Weapon: We should help Despondent Pyre!
Chief : gets Vietnam flashbacks of Guilty Spark

Man feel like Chief is just treating the Weapon as a kid lol
It actually adorable seeing the interaction between those two

RIP Despondent Pyre. She seemed really cool. She has a lot of character building in the Forerunner audio logs. Hopefully Adjutant Resolution can learn from his mistakes and actually help Chief and The Weapon later down the line.

The fact that there is something the forerunners feared more than the flood is terror beyond comprehension.

They did really well with showing the stamina and durability of Spartans. Power punches, sent through a tree, and smashed into a Boulder and he's immediately back on his feet trying to take aim

The cutscenes in this game is really well made, I like the transitions from 3rd person to 1st and vice versa. Not to mention the lack of loading screens makes it even more immersive.

Damn..I like the way Chief imediately gets back up, like as if the powered punch was nothing.

Didact: The reclamation is beginning
Harbinger: The reformation begins
Didact 2.0 XD.

There are things WORSE than the Flood on this ring

Me: *INTENSE PARANOIA*

@crasterlongshanks4284 4 years ago

ok so
1: the flood are still on the ring
2: something worse that the flood is there too (possibly mendicant or the primordial)
3: the endless might be a retconned precursor type species
4: that is 500% not a prophet and I have no idea why people thought that
5: if it is the primordial and/or the precursors, this could be the perfect opportunity to eradicate the flood once and for all

When are these ancient all powerful aliens going to learn not to fuck with Masterchief

@zow8238 4 years ago

For something called the weapon, I have a strong desire to protecc her.

@alricmalicorne321 4 years ago

What I like in this scene is that the chief's moves change according to the weapon you wield when entering the cutscene. I had a plasma blade and he tried stabbing the Harbinger a couple of times.

@beepbep99 4 years ago

"We are not enemies"
Immediately locks chief's armor and attacks him

343 can we not do another Didact again...

Worse things than The Flood!? THE HALO ARRAY WAS MADE SPECIFICALLY TO COUNTER THE FLOOD!!! WHAT THE FUCK IS WORSE THAN THOSE WALKING NIGHTMARE FUEL!?!?
