QUICK STEPS
• Duplicate the artwork layer.
• Turn the lower copy white with Hue, Saturation and Brightness.
• Add a small Gaussian Blur.
• Use Automatic Selection with Color Fill to control the outline thickness.
• Keep the original artwork safely on its own layer.

Ohhhh. If you guys are having trouble, don’t forget to ALSO have the color fill option selected when you use the selection tool. That’s what I was missing haha.

So I got this to work, but I don’t know if I might have a setting in procreate that I can turn off to help prevent the border being so pixely and overall unflattering is there a way to smooth out this border without having to manually do it?

Please help no matter how many times I follow along with each step mine is t looking the same at all. I can’t get the blur to turn into the outline. When I try to use the add it don’t do anything at all. I have an iPad Pro 13” thanks for any help

Must be nice for things to work for people. I’m following step-by-step and it will not make the image bigger. I just did this the other week and it worked fine. Now I can’t get it to work.
