Eh... As far as I remember... The Contractor is basically stuck there and is he hasn't been seen out of that thing since then. That being said, I had a theory that he kept getting reborn - after every failed attempt to guess right on the artifacts and cursed items - due to him having a pact with Mammon - the Demon Prince of Greed. I had a feeling that Mammon was getting sick of reviving him over and over again - because he hasn't repaid his debt to him, but now that he stuck in the Tomahawk... He is probably not paying back his debt to Mammon any time soon.
