Wow old Sky Sports intro

This video is a fantastic time capsule of what Sky’s coverage was like in the beginning.

And what was the song you had to mute for Insider Guide? It was probably a band from Liverpool, as Sky usually used a band from each club’s home city (The Who for Arsenal, The Smiths for Man City, UB40 for Villa)

these intros look like they were trying to bring the UK something "NFL-ish"...

Wasn't this our very first Live Sky game?? 🤔🤔

Suddenly 2 games into the new Premier League, the game is a lot faster,I don’t buy into that synopsis of the game and the great Liverpool teams under Dalglish up until 1990/1991,would struggle in the new league, that’s preposterous.6>1 Amen

I find it amusing as this was the first season of the Premier League suddenly the game had become ‘faster’ and fitness levels became higher than they were 4-5 years ago. This Liverpool team that started in the Premier League under Souness were in dire straits, disjointed and totally inferior to the teams under Dalglish.6>1 Amen.

Is the sound cutoff intentional or is it my phone?
