I feel like it was only yesterday when sonic first met tom

While it's weird to see Eggman looking like that, I also like it because it gives an origin story to him, showing how he eventually became the iconic Bald Mustached villian we all know of.

Can we appreciate the fact that Tom was the first person to outsmart Eggman in the movie?

6:49 = "Hey, tough guy, I'm a cop, and you're threatening an officer" is Tom's best line

The exchange at 4:40 might be my favorite part of the movie. I still think about it every so often.
"I was spitting out formula while you were spitting up formula."
"I was breastfed actually..."
"Nice. Rub that in my orphan face."
It's just so completely eclectic and ridiculous I love it lmaooo.

I wanna shout out the early jokes right as Robotnik pulls up though. Sonic says "I'm not even wearing pants!" which confirms he's always naked and Tom says "what the" cut off by the "fffff' of the truck. Didn't even remember those.

6:61 "How can you threaten somebody who never even existed? C'MON, WRACK YOUR BRAIN!" is also lowkey a really intimidating threat

I really like how Robotnik slowly became more and more Eggman, I think they actually did a good job with that.

And how he also has a similar arch he does in the shows where he starts to be friends with Sonic

While it's a classic conflict between Sonic and Eggman, Robotnik and Tom seem to have had some serious beef with each other in this movie: it's almost like watching "TAKEN" moments with these two
