Delightfull, Feynman is the best QM lecturer I ever watched. He just explained the whole QM without using any technical worlds. Many lecturers should take a serious note of this feat.

It's videos like this that confirms my belief that YouTube is nearly as important as the internet itself. YouTube is an international institution the way the library of congress is a national institution.

first: photons CAN move slower, and even faster than c, it just cancels out (this is explained in the next lecture). Light slows down when moving through materials, because the photons interfere with the atoms (electrons) in the material, and themselves. (This phenomenon is called refraction, if you were not aware).
