🧪 I have to be realistic: natural doesn't always work for everything 🍃

After trying herbal teas, home remedies, more natural products, and self-care routines, today it's time to acknowledge something important: extremes are never good. Sometimes a natural solution works wonders… and other times you need something more practical, stronger, or simply more effective.

In this vlog, I start the day energized after the gym and stop by a local farm in Belgium to buy fresh produce. Then I return home with an unboxing of stylish summer clothes, trying on several outfits and finding my style among romantic, comfortable, and "hippie chic."

But the main topic comes with cleaning, detoxifying herbal teas, a traditional Moroccan ointment, and my return to Action detergent. Because yes: I want to live more naturally, but I also have a family, clothes with real stains, and a house to maintain.
