Just the thumbnail with Mings is all you needed for this Video 😂

I think Harwood Bellis has to have a run in the team and build into the Konsa role. He can’t do that on the bench or in the stands. If we are going to ship goals, better do that learning with a squad of players that we can grow. Mings has to be a change/injury cover player and leader. Love Mings but we need to build a future defense.

Mings has always been a liability to be brutally honest. I remember one particular game under Dean Smith when he was so shocking that I thought he was being bribed. It's staggering that Emery is still playing him in 2026.

Lindelof, had a stormer in my opinion. Pure quality. At one point he headed a low clearance, then got on the end of his own clearance. Really enjoy watching him, as stress free as watching Paul McGrath

Mings is Definitely the weak link  he has served the club well but his Time is up for Premiership so many teams are trying to play out from the back and if the defender isn’t good enough they pounce so quick and loose it this is the trouble with so many teams now.

The main thing that pisses me off about mings is when he makes a mistake even if that mistake leads to a goal like yesterday you’ll see him looking at a team mate with a smile on his face like he’s saying “oh shit lads I’ve done it again haven’t i”… I’ve noticed that a lot with him over the years tbh..

Mings as served the villa well but he should have been put out to pasture a couple of seasons ago he's not up to prem standards.

The sooner pau is back the better.

Mings has been a liability for too long now I agree. Thumbnail little harsh😄Has a slight criminal mugshot feel to it.

Why why why does Uni keep picking Mings when it’s obvious he’s simply not a good defender !!!! He is a liability not an asset.

Mings has been shit for years, glad people are calling it out now.

Our back 4 needs major surgery long time ago No pace or strong on the ball.

Luke love the Channel. Sterling work.
For four years now I have been saying that in order for us to progress we need to replace our old guard that don't fit our ceiling. The ceiling has been raised to where our expectations are at the moment and you elude to this.
Matty Cash has stepped up, John McGinn has stepped up, others stepped up and consistently hit good numbers. Some have moved on to pastures new and that comes on the back of levels increasing.
Unfortunately Tyrone as good a servant as he's been has not got the consistency that we need to achieve. Against Spurs I thought he was decent and his numbers reflected that but then this week after a break he's way below the expectations that a  new villa ascent requires.
Trust needs to be given to new players and I get that, but we have to trust Unai as I know you do.
Pau has to be first choice and a  new CB needs to be brought in as soon a Jan in my opinion but that will only be the case if our European standard is maintained.
6 games and 5 points tells us we have work to do but we have to be patient in this transition.

You know what always annoys me also. When the opposition play out from a GK, they never struggle to pass out. When we pass out from a gk, it always looks a panic mess

Always felt the best way to describe mings at this level is too casual

I,m never comfortable with tyrone , time on the ball never ends well ,he,s a solid defender but thats all he can,t pick a pass its never been his game

Our attacking has improved which is a good sign but defense especially mings was a massive problem, hes pretty much only good at clearing, Pau and THB needed

I love your analysis mate, Emery needs you on the team 😄👍

TBH has to be called into the champions league squad as injury cover for Maatsen or we are in real trouble

Like you said our eyes and the data say it all, it infuriates me when we gift teams goals, makes winning the game so much more difficult... UTV!
