Charlie Manson was as evil as the night is dark. But he was a genius with words. It is completely fascinating to hear him ramble crazy maniacal monologues.

There's something so hypnotic about him when he launches into that spiel. I guess that was his power in life, ultimately. The guy could easily have been a great novelist, storyteller, poet... but he went the wrong way in life.
