I recently came across Dr. Kenneth T. Jackson of Columbia, who while admires Mr. Caro’s seminal work, is also critical of some of the criticisms Mr. Caro levels at Mr. Moses. Dr. Jackson makes an interesting argument that Mr. Moses, undoubtedly an arrogant brute, used his immense power to benefit others and not himself.

“No critics built anything” So true. Builders create and take risks; critics only judge. As FDR goes, he was the typical rich socialist. His policies worsened and prolonged the great depression. WW2 and the free market is what ended the Great Depression.

Good content. FDR and Moses meeting is like the avengers

Great video!

Nice. I'm writing a TV show about Robert Moses. It's for fun. But I definitely think his story would be interesting
