I’ve  watched lots of reviews of this car and yours is by far the best. No nonsense, plain speaking. Thanks

Don’t forget, the rocker cover gasket, oil filter housing and water pump will need to be changed at higher mileage as well as quite a few other high cost items.

Great vehicles especially the Estate.

Hi from Spain, I enjoyed your presentation of what in my opinion is a great car. I purchased my E220 estate W212 model in late December 2016, it was registered on the 1/1/2017, it was one of the last W212 models being replaced by the W213. I have just completed 160,000 kms.(100,000 miles) and the only expense has been routine servicing. It is common to see older W212 models with 400,000 + kms for sale in Spain and they are a lot more expensive second hand in Spain than the UK., but with no salt on the roads here rust is not an issue. The model I ordered I wanted the absolute basic model with no extras, it even has a manual 6 speed gearbox which is quite rare. Economy wise on long journeys if you drive at 110 kms.hour(70 mph) I agree with you 58 mpg. is normal, for such a large car it is really economical. This car is a keeper fingers crossed!!!, kind regards, John.

With forward/rear seat adjustment its very rare they get moved after the owner first gets in the vehicle except cleaning when its easier and quicker to use manual. How many people know how to let alone use the memory function? Plus its extra weight to lug around, every kilo lost adds more to the mpg which will save more money.

It's Tenorite Grey, the same colour as my 2015 Mercedes ML W166. Lovely colour & Merc's are great Motors, especially with FSH !   ,
get an Independent Mercedes Specialist & and you're in good hands . Good video

Which do you take
2014 bmw 520d m sport estate
Or
2014 mercedes E220 amg line estate?

For me The merc looks better on the outside, but having not driven either, which is best.

It really unnerves me watching you doing the review while in motion.
