It's SAS but ESPN has been allowing this crap for years now not being called out

SAS is paid to rage bait viewers, period. He has zero interest in addressing any topic, be it sports or politics, in a calm or rational manner. He will use hot takes on race, gender, or mental health to generate engagement on platforms to enrich himself. He is the poster child of everything that is wrong with modern sports journalism.

What a horrible little man! Heaven forbid anyone in his personal life is struggling, they cant talk to HIM about it lest they be ridiculed or mocked!

And he wonders why the NABJ gave him the “Thumbs Down Award”. I see nothing funny about someone prioritizing their mental health. Love you Linda!!

I haven't been able to watch SAS since LBJ confronted him about Bronny.  It started about 2 years before but that was the breaking point.  Now I don't watch anything on ESPN.

It's time ESPN cut ties with him. He is always putting his foot in his mouth and embarrassing the network

How is SAS still on tv? He has been annoying and ridiculous for decades. There is no reason he should have been on tv for so long.

Thanks for calling this out! I respect most of Mr Smith's takes until now... Football may lead to irreversible brain damage from the helmet to helmet contact, including chronic traumatic encephalopathy.

ESPN is the National Enquirer of sports!!!😅😅😅

I would talk about sas but I don't want to use that kind of language on Linda's channel.  This guy is irresponsible and another reason why I cant stand that "network", they need Linda's class

Wow! I love seeing your name pop up in my YouTube videos to watch. They are some of the first ones I open and I play the shorts for my husband when he comes home after work at least. You hit the nail right on the head. I am glad people are calling these guys out and they are listening, even if it takes a week. You and others tell people, they can step back, get away from the noise, it's ok to retire. Another great video!

I'm rocking with you on this one "Cohn the Great" I was in disbelief over those comments.  Lane has been going through it mentally even when he was winning the disrespect for mental illness smh.  He should of apologized instead of try to make everyone else think he was misunderstood.

He sounds like a smart guy for knowing when to say when. God Bless Lane.

This was a great video.    As a father of three and fellow home gym enthusiast, I related to everything in the video.   When you dropped the word guilt, I remember thinking that you “hit the nail on the head”.   And then again when you tied it all together with the idea of boundaries.   Or lack thereof when training in a home gym.     Fantastic re-frame.    I appreciate the fresh takes!

The, for lack of a better word, “funny” thing about SAS speech was, while he is listing all of Lane Johnson’s accomplishments, it just further solidified why I have no issue with him retiring. He gave his team and this league his all and more than deserves to retire while still being physically healthy. He provided for his family financially, and now he can focus on both spending time with them while also tending to his mental health. ❤️

As per usual.  Spot on Linda.

God that network needs people like you and Dan Patrick back. Of course Dan was disgusted by Stephen A’s comments just like you.
Miss ya on the desk Linda

Thanks Linda ❤

Don't you know that Stephen A, who NEVER played football at ANY level (including HS), knows EVERYTHING about playing the game.  Especially the lineman who get hit EVERY PLAY?  I always called him the Sam Kinison of ESPN.  He starts calm and slow then goes off like a lunatic.  His opinions whether I agree or not (in this case NOT) are irrelevant.

I imagine if "First Take" means speaking without aforethought, there will be a number of "Upon further consideration" broadcasts.
