Mental Doctor Sidow (Yusuke Shido)
Psychiatrist/Certified Mental Health Specialist/Doctor of Medicine

Born in Tokyo in 1987. He aspired to become a psychiatrist after losing a classmate to suicide during high school. After graduating from Tsukuba University Senior High School and Toho University School of Medicine, he became a psychiatrist after two years of residency training. While working as a psychiatrist, he realized the importance of dispelling prejudice and misunderstandings about mental illness and the need for early consultation, leading him to begin sharing information about psychiatry on social media. His accessible and easy-to-understand content has gained popularity not only among those with mental illness but also among a wider audience, accumulating over 100,000 followers. He has authored four books and was selected as the Japanese representative for "YouTube NextUp 2019," a list of notable YouTube creators.

In 2022, he opened "Mental Doctor Clinic" in Shinbashi, where he not only dedicates himself to mental healthcare in the community but also conducts numerous individual consultations with influential figures, including influencers, celebrities, and business executives.

Through his clinical practice, he became concerned about the high rate of workers taking leave from work, and in 2025, he launched "Health Maintenance," a healthcare and industrial physician service for companies.
