Since I have no idea what you're doing or what materials you're using, I find it easier to just fast forward to see the finished product.

I will not let you in on my secrets of how I made this... mwah haha haha... 😯

Silicone mold tip:  I know some artists will wet their finger with water and a tiny dab of Dawn dish soap to smooth the edges of the silicone form and press it down to help prevent the paints from bleeding under it, without the silicone sticking to their fingers. It's also supposed to help keep the edges of the geode from being as sharp too, so less sanding.  I hope you find this tip useful. Love your Geode! It's just Beautiful! :-)

It isn’t real clear—is the silicone frame on the inside and outside edges removed when the resin has set?
