Good info for potential buyers. Similar to my car. I have a 1993 saab 9000 with no cupholder except for a indents when console is  open all the way.  No stock arm rest. But the p.o. added one custom. Looks and works great says made in Italy. They drilled 2 holes used two nuts and bolts to join it to the console lid. Which is great because I like an arm rest in a manual shift. The alarm set up  on mine says you can use the key In the door( no key fob with car)  to arm and disarm the alarm. By turning it one way for 3 seconds I think.. my radio hole.is regular size. My steering wheel isn't tilt or telescopic! Bummer because I like my wheel low and close. Miss that feature on my '96 850 turbo wagon. Parts like you said. Some yes ...no. had to order fuel pump through auto zone and wait 2 days. But fenders,  switches  and exhaust and some others are kinda hard. The only flex pipes on ebay are in Europe!  Saab on!

The headlight wipers are not for rain but for shuffling away dense snow that can get stuck while driving 😊

Real drivers don’t need cup holders.😂 Sorry to comment twice but your video hit my feed again.

I’ve always told people, you have to be a little tough to own a Saab.

Funny hearing about the lack of cupholders, my Volvo was the same way with indentations in the open tray of the glove box.  Also, cupholders became available with strollers after our kids outgrew their strollers.  Swedish safety or just too far ahead of the curve!  Great car, I miss these cars.

I can’t get my key fob to work at all

my 900 has the same “protective strip” across the front end. Maybe this was a dealer-installed accessory? It looks like masking tape lol. also highly recommend the  2.3 non turbo version of these cars… you get a simple distributor style ignition in place of the DI cassette. Definitely a downgrade for performance but worth it for the added reliability IMO.

Hi Kaden I like the 1st Generation 1998-2003 Saab 9-3 More, I like the 2 Door Convertible and 5 Door Hatchback

You can get a lighter adopter that works for Bluetooth

The 1998-2003 Saab 9-3 is better because it has 2 cup holders at the stock radio at a push to open, the radio is better, it has steering wheel radio controls, as for Aux I use a fm Bluetooth Cigarette lighter adapter u know to connect to ur mobile phones to listen to ur own music or internet radio and make hands free calls, Do u have a social media Facebook Instagram it’s easier to chat that way

I love this car!
