What myofascial chains (MFCs) exist? How do myofascial chain dysfunctions manifest themselves? In this video, Professor L.F. Vasilyeva briefly describes each muscle chain (anatomical trains). Dysfunction of each myofascial chain manifests itself visually differently. For one chain, it may be a lack of kyphosis in the thoracic spine, while for another, it may be an S-shaped scoliosis. When multiple anatomical chains are dysfunctional, body position in space will be determined based on the specifics of each dysfunction. For example, this could include a combination of scoliosis with twisting and "falling" to the side. In any case, the body will attempt to compensate for the incompetence of the dysfunctional muscles. We wish you health and long life.
You can learn about this and much more by taking a course in applied kinesiology. This video is a fragment of one of the seminars held at the International Academy of Naturopathic Medicine (INA) in Hanover.
