The Manansala and Edades rooms were spacious and the views were great. Thanks for the tour. Getting some ideas here for retirement plans.

I’ll go with Joya. Even if it’s older, location is better which is across the mall. Also, residents there are more “upscale”.

1st Apt. It's a nice condo, but a lot of furniture ( couches ) is taking up space. The empty space next to the window, you can use as a little office with a view. Rearrange the furniture to help you make way for more apartment space.

Great condo tour, love the Makati area and will be certainly waiting for the next group of condos you look at... 🤓🙌

Stumbled across your video in my feed. Very nice and informative. I was considering staying around Rockwell for my next visit as I always pick BGC but was thinking about making a change. Maybe this is why your video popped up 😂. Thank you for a nice video tour.

Can you show some elderly friendly 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom apartments.

All the units all look the same layout except for the view. The mirrors on the wall makes the unit look a bit bigger

Where’s the best part of Makati to move at? Talking about having lots of restaurants, bars, malls and many things to keep one busy. Moving in later this year, or would you recommend BGC more? Looking for a 1-2 bedroom condo with good amenities. 😊

The last two apartments win, more space to me always wins...

Way too much money for what you get...

@maverick_3127 4 months ago

I think too small for 1300 but I know it’s the location you’re paying for. I think for me anything over 1000 usd makati or bgc is overpriced

Hi Miss Vanessa, my lease is also up and I’m interested in the 55k unit you showed. If you don’t mind, could you share the social media page of the realtor? Thank you!
