Crime Weekly

303,108 views

On the night of November 3rd, 2018, a group of women gathered at a quiet home in Forsyth County, Georgia for what was supposed to be a casual birthday sleepover. There was football on TV, drinks flowing, and nothing about the evening seemed out of the ordinary. But by the next morning, one of those women - 40-year-old Tamla Horsford - was dead.

38:27 I take like 20 pictures of my dog if she’s sleeping cutely, I cannot imagine taking FIVE of a crime scene and victim as part of my job.

Such a sad case. 5 children left without a mom and you KNOW somebody knows exactly what happened.

Gotta say that lawyer for Tamala’s family is Goated for doing all this stuff for them pro bono and being willing to continue till they find out the truth.

Her saying "I didn't see anyone put any Xanax in her drink" is like saying "I didn't steal anything" when someone walks into a room that you're already in.

all those people at the party and only ONE showed emotion about a person dying.

I used to be an autopsy assistant and I gasped out loud when I heard there were no photos taken during autopsy. Even if the investigators aren’t there to take their own photos or the death isn’t suspicious, at the LEAST we would take our own pictures! The pathologist I worked under would never conduct and autopsy without thorough photographs. Pictures of the body, any and all injuries, suspicious marks, etc. Like Stephanie said, we would take an overall picture then zoom in on each injury and the doctor measures and records everything. All of that is documented every time, without fail- at least where I worked apparently.

My autistic son walks around the house vocally stimming over and over, “welcome back to crime weekly, I’m Stephanie Harlowe, and I’m Derrick Levasseur” 😂 that’s how you know I’m a true fan!

I took a shot every time law enforcement made a mistake…I am in the floor.

So I was Tamla’s best friend who was sued, the case was actually dismissed after 4 years , 5 plaintiffs and two attorneys because the judge wanted to know who was paying for the extraordinary lawsuit to which they never provided a single piece of evidence against me and they refused to tell me or the Court who
Was paying for the lawsuit, can you say SUSPECT?????

Tamla did not know the women at the part except Stacy, Jeanne only invited her to pumpkin carving because her son asked her to, not because she liked Tam. She also mentions she was mad about smoking pot another lie because Tamla had a joint behind her ear in the birthday video from the party including Jose standing right next to Tamla. Bridget also puts herself last with Tamla, says she walked her to door and her DNnA would be all over Tamla’s Jammie’s, Bridget’s husband denies this and says no one was at the door when he picked up
His wife. Gary was also at the party earlier in the evening but police never interviewed him.

Derrick single handedly restoring my faith in law enforcement… praying for a world where all law enforcement shares his values and professionalism 🫶🏼

My theory is exactly what Stephanie is thinking: Tamla was drinking, smoking, doing her normal thing. One or some of the people at the party did not like her or did not like her mannerisms so they drugged her with a Xanax without her knowing. When you drink a good bit and smoke, sometimes you get “the spins,” you get really dizzy. Adding a substance that will also make you dizzy when mixed with alcohol like xanax would potentially allegedly make you VERY dizzy. Tam may have been starting to feel unwell and decided to treat eating some gumbo to help with starting to sober up. Then she went outside to have a cigarette and someone witnessed something like her falling off the balcony, or they pushed her from the balcony themselves (or otherwise killed her and staged her body, allegedly, don’t come for me). These people know what happened. They truly do.

Also her husband stated that when they found the Xanax it hadn't reached her liver yet. So it was given to her recently.

The police should have tested the contents in the tequila to see if there was Xanax in it

13:49 after all of Bridgett's talk about "being motherly" and making sure everyone was settled before she ended her night, I'd easily believe that she'd put a Xanax in a drink or bowl of gumbo to "gently encourage" someone to wind down and go to bed (and not drive themselves home)

@Fcwmn 5 months ago

I honestly believe Xanax was put in her drink and she was disoriented when she fell.

As an ex smoker I find it strange that there's even an ash tray there when no one is else in the home are smokers. I dont have ashtrays at my house anymore. If a smoker comes over for a party they have to put their cigarette buds into an empty beer bottle or can.

This is a clear example of Black lives being treated as disposable. The lack of action and accountability—especially with police connections involved—speaks volumes.🤬🤬🤬🤬

@dannydickson1973 5 months ago

IMO - that’s exactly what I think happened. Someone was trying to chill her out by secretly slipping Xanax in her drink (possibly Bridgett who was annoyed by Tamla’s behavior) and with all of the alcohol she had plus the weed, SOMETHING went wrong.

On a different note, something that I didn’t hear anyone say and I know we talked about Jose knowing some if the officers but, it sounded to me like he even knew the dispatcher who was taking the 911 call because he says “hey this is Jose Barrera” and it reminded me of some of the other cases we’ve heard where a fellow cop calls 911 and the cop is clearly familiar with the dispatcher and they have a rapport. To me that immediately sets the stage for this person to be more likely to believe the story they’re being given, in my opinion.
