A lot of my friends recently have been speedruning Enthusia and there was quite a bit of interesting info being discovered during it, so I compiled all that into a dedicated video.

Enthusia is quite the underrated Gem.

It's crazy how much information and material of this game is obscure or hidden, one day we may hear what happened to Manabu Akita (the game's director).

What a time to spontaneously look up an old racing game

The track preview videos were probably removed to save on disc space, since there were more tracks that are added in the final release

CD Projekt and CD Projekt Red were two different companies. One was established in the 90s to distribute various games and software in Poland (e.g. via budget series that were popular there; it stopped existing during pandemic, it was named just CDP by then). The other one was founded somewhere in 2000s solely to produce games, starting of course with Witcher 1.

idk if this tracks or if someone commented on it, but I think the "Change your real" was a response to "the REAL driving simulator"(something like that) of Gran turismo, so like, changing your real would be "changing your real driving simulator"

Wait, so "Mirage Crossing having different variations every playthrough" wasn't a lie then?

But to be fair, I was expecting uniquely-generated path. Didn't knew that the unique variations come from minor changes until today though.

EDIT: Oh, not to mention CD-Projekt Red jumpscare.

6:11 "I must go. My people need me."

Also the text strings referencing gambling is proof that Konami always had a gambling addiction.

the ai in enthusia was so good, not only they would see you on track but they also predicted your moves so sometimes when you were about to overtake they give you room to avoid a crash

Tbh this game is pretty decent even today.
I tried IT out because of this video, and I enjoy it a lot.

Extremely underrated gem of a racer

6:29 Gran Turismo 4 does have a dirt system for the cars. Put a car on a track with lots of lights (like Hong Kong) before and after a rally race to see the difference. Washing your car at GT Auto removes all the dirt.
