The very existence of this show should have been unthinkable to a sane mind. Thankfully a form of creative madness once rolled over the TV stations. Pity we will never seen the like again.

This show is the reason why the tomatoes have different personalities in the 4th film

I didn't eat tomatoes until I was in my late 20s and I attribute that fear of tomatoes to this program.

They should play this on regular television channels again.

Ah Tara, one of my first cartoon crushes.
This theme song still lives rent free in my brain since my childhood.

I once tried to describe this show. An episode is really worth a thousand words.

I can just imagine how it sounded when this show was pitched to producers.

Writers: “It’s a show about mankind and their battle against swarms of sentient killer tomatoes”

Producers: “it’s so crazy it just might work”!

I think it's funny Tara's look in this show isn't even based on Karen Mistal's appearance in 'Return of the Killer Tomatoes', but from her OTHER film; 'Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death'.
