@reidos1 Thank you for sharing. I had felt emotionally constipated (or numb) since the afternoon. Melancholy had set in. Nine hours later, I listened to this as I journaled; it got my emotional poo flowing again, and the stream of tears released that melancholy. Something here there is....

One of the few videos that actually do something! I fell asleep pretty quickly and left my body, going through a portal that effectively looked like a hypnosis spiral. It bounced me back to my body as if to confirm that I did want to do this, and so I went back out and through the portal into a space I've been several times before - a specific room of the church I used to go to when I was a child. From there the experience carried on, but it's largely uninteresting for anyone else to hear described outside the fact that this video does indeed help to surface any metaphysical woo woo you're into (I say that endearingly).
