Hi friends!! Can you believe it's been 6 months since we moved from the US to The Netherlands??? I feel like I blinked and the months passed me by! I wanted to give you guys a quick update on how everything is going and give you a quick preview of my Dutch progress. When my wife came to the Netherlands and started learning Dutch, she used to throw English words into her sentences all the time whenever she couldn't easily come up with the Dutch words. Honestly, people didn't mind at all, and neither did I, because I still saw how hard she was trying and I still saw her gradual progress. But after she was in the Netherlands for 2 years I told her I would ignore any English words in her sentences and pretend I didn't understand, to give her that little extra push. And it really worked... her Dutch is very good now.

My wife and I are in our early 20s out of uni and dream of moving to the Netherlands. We currently live in Atlanta, Georgia (in the US). We're planning a couple week trip next year to decide if we want to move. Thank you for your video

Here in the Netherlands, Amazon workers are exploited much less than in the United States, and wages are better regulated, as are labor rights and social benefits. As a result, you also pay more for your online purchases. Fortunately.

I have noticed you open your videos by introducing yourself as a "small" business owner. Don't patronize yourself like that. You own a business... It doesn't matter whether it is small or f..ing huge. Be proud of your company and yourself and show it. You are a business owner.... And by the way, 6 months in the country and you speak this much Dutch... Really impressive...
