Shout-out to Xander. The imp self-kill is such a scary prospect but can be completely game derailing, and he used it to perfection here to get suspicion on the saint.

I’ve played and run a LOT of Clocktower and it’s very funny to me to see Chris try to logic out bad plays by inexperienced players. I once ran a game where the demon was a new player, they killed two outed top 4s, a Traveler (a role that’s useless to kill), an already dead player (so nothing happened at night) and then themselves AFTER the minions were dead… but didn’t lose because the Monk was protecting them that night. They won the game through utter confusion from the experienced players 😂😂😂

I gasped when Aabria said "And I don't like the level of help you're not." I love her, she's so amazing

I do think it's so funny that Chris blindly fake slayered the actual imp in the first ten minutes of gameplay. Like, if he was actually the slayer they probably would have restarted the game in order to have a video but can you IMAGINE?!?

I don't know how Alex always seems like the only sane man amongst a group of maniacs in everything I've seen him in. Especially since he's professionally a monster guy

In an alternate universe, Chris was actually the Slayer and killed the Imp first try 360 no scope using blindfold

I’ve wanted to watch Brennan play Clocktower forever but the true treat was watching vehicular michaelis play

Aabria and Brennan clocking each other immediately is peek BFF. This game had everything. I loved every single machination. Kate was MVP.

SPOILER:

Amy asking Brennan if he's the Scarlet Woman and Brennan immediately gaslighting-volleying back with "Amy, you're the Drunk" and Amy just accepting it made me laugh so hard

Excellent game. Would love to see this group or a similar one play again.

I also love that Aabria totally clocked Brennan, just 'cause she knows him TOO WELL.

Hearing Brennan in the background explaining the difference between a catapult and a trebuchet made the video a 10/10 and I'm not even finished.

Rekha: i will say i’m a good person

Brennan, sweating profusely: i uhh i think uhmm oh gosh geez I think i’m also maybe um maybe the same um as you i think

@amorphousthoughts 1 year ago

"Aabria's got my number" after that was so fucking funny

@wombataldebaran9686 1 year ago

Its only a Trebuchet if it comes from the french region of Trebuché. Everything else is just a sparkling catapult.

Saint is a wild character because new players never respect it the first game, then respect it later on, then stop respecting it and just keep going back and forward. It's funny because the meta has shaped it so that the saint is afraid to claim saint

BRENNAN PLAYING CLOCKTOWER IS EVERYTHING I NEEDED IN LIFE

@jblmarbleassociation 1 year ago

Watching Chris be the only competent person in that circle was so funny. Weirdly, a good player does better against other good players than they do against bad players lol

@loganshirley9058 1 year ago

I can't believe you guys got THE Scarlett Johansson to play this game with you!

Noticed Jiavani's pants and realized I'd had the same ones in my closet for ages, thinking they didn't look good on me. Pulled them out and rocked them. Thanks Jiavani!
