Everyone see this? See this woman? This is professionalism! This is excellence! This is a strong woman who is out there helping people and finding truth! 💜
Throughout the trial Jodi keeps her head down drawing pictures etc ... this is the on.y time you see her fully tuned in...because it is about her and also, she seems to be studying Janine’s mannerisms. If Jodi had spent more time with Janine she probably would have begun to emulate her as well. JA seems so much just a she.l and not at all a real person. It is scary.
WImott's questions actually go nowhere, she looses her train of thought constantly. She single handily made Demarte look more competent than both her witnesses put together.
Deanna Read Travis's X did say on the stand that Travis and her had sex. It really doesn't matter. I agree with you Travis was in Jodi's web of sex. The guy could not see how entrapped he was. His friends all saw it and tried to warn him. I really believe he did say enough is enough to Jodi on June 4th. That is what got him killed. Travis was never violent with Jodi. He could not even hit or hurt her while she was killing him.
Agree. He was simply telling her....an adult woman....that she sounds like a 12 year old, which she DID. She set the entire stage of their relationship. He only played to her cue.
I LOVED it when after the Dr. answered the question about the bear or tiger, the judge makes a face that says "wow, great answer"! Another smack down jodi, so sorry!
@ 4:11, JSS asks Dr. DeMarte about Jodi saying 'no jury will ever convict me.' The split screen shows that as Dr. DeMarte is answering the question, Jodi, smirking, clearly says "yeah, right" as Dr. DeMarte continues to talk about Arias' immaturity. It was the most perfect definition of immaturity anyone could ever ask for.
In a perfect world, we could all have our own personal Dr. Janeen DeMarte to carry around in our pocket. She is just so precious and smart and ethical and professional. She is life goals to the hundredth power. 👏💪☝️👌
Four months ago I was on a jury here in Virginia. It was a double first degree murder case (guilty), and I wish we could have asked witnesses questions! Having said that, it's clear to me that most of the questions posed to Dr. DeMartie (who was the strongest, BY FAR, mental health witness to testify) seem to be from jurors who are trying to make sure that if any of their fellow jurors have lingering doubts about guilt, they will be answered by this Dr. This isn't going well for Jodi, at all.
arias days of feeling that she is so important are over, always made a mockery of the justice system along with maria delarosa, what a joke, hows perryville treating you, arias...
She had four years to come up with her last story of this self defense claim, PTSD, and abused victim shit. Some good "jail house" lawyers advised her real good. She has read books ( provided by her two best friends so called experts). Did her research and formulated her BS claims to get herself off what's coming to her. Just look at her on 48 hours, loving it. She took somebody's life and to this date she has not shown any remorse for her crime even if it was self defense.
