Another refund video! This one was pretty close and took me a little bit to learn! Casual strats are pretty cool but weirdly slower than insanity cause of changes in enemy speed/placement. This was done with intro + orphanage so basically the entire game. Hope everyone enjoys!

Edit: Just wanted to add some details about this run. I've speedrun insanity before with my PB being 1:36 but there's some huge differences in the way the timer is calculated for a typical speedrun vs a refund run. The timer we use for official speedruns is livesplit and it's designed to not count time during load screens and cutscenes and certain item interactions. The official runs also skip the intro (roughly 6-7 minutes) and the orphanage (roughly 7-8 minutes). With the recent hump glitch discovery, Insanity is actually faster than casual cause you need to be in constant danger (red) HP to be able to pull it off, which you cant in casual because your character auto heals preventing that glitch which would save around 5 minutes across roughly. As mentioned in the video, insanity enemies also move faster than casual which lets you get through certain parts of the game faster since you dont have to wait for the proper pathing of the enemies. Finally, the timer here starts as soon as i press the play button on steam, while official speedruns start once you start the first cutscene at the FBI office.
All this to say that if you're wondering what the big deal is cause you've seen insanity speedruns that have times in the sub 1:30s, the timing method used for refund runs is different and this was pretty tight while being close to optimal.
Edit 2 : If you're wondering why there's weird shadows on my walls and floors, its cause the tuktuk mod messes up the shadows somehow. I thought about getting rid of it cause I knew people might get weird about it but tbh the tuktuk is so funny that I thought I'd just leave it.
