What happens when cake decorating meets serious engineering?

Buddy Valastro and the Carlo’s Bakery team take on a series of extraordinary custom cakes, from a glowing galaxy observatory and full-scale pirate ship to a playable pinball machine, a gravity defying boxcar and a vintage biplane.

These amazing cakes demand more than creative design. The team has to engineer hidden supports, lightweight frameworks, moving components and intricate structures to make each giant cake stable, spectacular and ready for delivery.

From giant cakes and specialty cakes to unique cake designs and ambitious Cake Boss cake creations, this compilation showcases some of Buddy’s most inventive builds.
