Das klingt auf jeden Fall so wie dass es mir auch schmecken müsste! 😋 und die Musik im Hintergrund ist auch top!

Rundstück warm, ach wie geil, dass es das noch gibt! Als ich Kind war in den 70ern war das einfach ein halbes Brötchen, da drauf eine zwei Zentimeter dicke Scheibe Schweinebraten und das dann richtig in Soße ertränkt :-)

Wow, you found it. The Hamburger Rundstück (literally "warm round piece") is a traditional North German warm snack from Hamburg and is considered a direct predecessor of the modern hamburger. The dish originated in the 19th century as a clever way to use leftovers from the traditional Sunday roast.
When millions of European emigrants traveled via the Port of Hamburg to America in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, they carried this culinary concept across the Atlantic. In the US, the complex roast meat was eventually replaced with a practical ground beef patty (the Hamburger Steak) and the messy gravy was omitted so it could be eaten by hand—giving birth to the modern hamburger we know today.

Guter Tip, dieses Restaurant am Rathausmarkt kannte ich als Hamburger noch gar nicht. 👍 Sieht richtig lecker aus, da muß ich demnächst mal zum Mittagessen hinfahren. 😋 🍔
