5:09 the creature shown in the video is actually slime mold, it isn't a fungus, and it isn't an alien, it is naturally found here on earth, in fact apparently one can even find it on forest floors, I believe it's labeled as an "alien pet" because it's a very weird creature, as we live in a world where some people call non-alien creatures aliens due to their odd biologies, an inaccurate usage of the term/word alien

6:45 sorry I got severely side tracked, hence why it took me this long to get to here, but this creature is actually a form of amoeba

Slime molds are single-celled organisms that are not true fungi, instead belonging to the group of organisms called protists. They alternate between living as tiny, separate cells or joining together into a massive, creeping blob to find food. They are completely harmless to people, animals, and healthy plants. (From google)

Certain types of mold, particularly slime molds, exhibit behaviors that suggest a form of thinking or problem-solving despite lacking a brain.  So that "mold" could still think while lacking a brain.

The slime mold can be blocked by honey

beckbros posted!

Dont worry guys this is not a alien it a slime mold( a type of ameoba). It cant take over the world because it feeds on dead stuff and it needs to be wet or miost and cold areas .Most slime mold can grow 2 feet rarely ever growing 13 feet again beckbros rarely

Slim molds only eat Oats and rotten meats and not living this. But they do eat mushrooms.
