CLASSICAL MUSICIANS REACT IS BACK! SEASON 8 BEGINS! LONG PINNED COMMENT TIME, LETS GO!

🙏 For the millionth time we thank you all for your patience and continued interest in our channel! Like we mentioned at the beginning of the video, we go on film session hiatus during ESM school breaks (Dec-Jan & May-Sept), which is the first reason why our reaction releases are delayed longer than other react channels. Then, you add in the fact we have to film 8-16 different people depending on their availability during their busy college schedules, and the editing of these 16 different blabber- cough I mean, reactors. I (Umu) used to edit all of our videos, but then during COVID, developed chronic tendonitis which effected my ability to edit everything. This is why we now strictly rely on our monthly income to pay a handful of part-time editors! So our monthly income directly effects how quickly we can release videos :') Speaking of which...

🖥Our contract editor position application is back up! We’re looking for an experienced editor with both high levels of K-Pop & classical/jazz theory knowledge to join our team. Click on the following link for more info + for how to apply: https://forms.gle/q9MYpHF2YqCgcgC38

🎉SECONDLY, yes, this is already Season 8 of CMR! Therefore, there are a handful of new faces in this video! We plan on focusing on releasing reaction videos for now, but promise to get to an introductory video for these new reactors whthhin a month or two.

"is this gay? this is a little gay" welcome to red velvet girl

Cosmic is THAT perfect song for Red Velvet 10th's anniversary. It perfectly showcases their vocals, group concept and the feeling of the girls. Bittersweet, bright, and haunting.

Red Velvet and ReveLuvs never beating the cult allegations.

I CLICKED THIS WAY FASTER THAN THE SPEED OF LIGHTS

Reactors: "OHHHHH"
hysterical background laughter

I didn't know why before but every time I listened to this song, I would burst into tears, even if I was in a good mood before. Umi kinda read my mind calling it sad / bitter sweet

9:30 Red Velvet has perfected melancholic kpop. Their songs, especially their most recent title tracks have really complex emotions within them. It adds this beautiful layer of mystery to their songs and makes the listening experience so worthwhile.

Chill kill, feel my rhythm and Cosmic added something to Red Velvets discography that I as their audience will forever appreciate, complexity.

They've found a way to display their maturity as artists in a simple, yet distinct way that is unique only to them.

5:19 "also is this 🧐🧐 gay?... a little gay??" jfhdjkd ME

imo, moonshine is just perfect for RV. it's like they already know what's best for them and their concept so well, it's like a perfect partnership 😁

Even though Joy was so underused on this title track, she still manages to shine. Her voice and tone are so peculiar.

The chokehold this song has on me, no other kpop song has. What will we ever do without Red Velvet? 😭

this songs gives MAJOR abba vibes but my friends weren’t seeing it at first, so im glad other people feel that way too!

cosmic 노래 진심 역대급 명곡임 ㅠㅠ

"I'm feeling a little bit of sadness in this final chorus, like, bittersweet." gIRL if you only knew the stuff red velvet and reveluvs went through during their 10th anniversary. 😭🤡 so much stuff happening and this song was NOT beating the disbandment song allegations back then (which was obv debunked by now). it's funny to think about it now. lmao

Thanks for reaction Cosmic Song, which is chosen as Rank 7 by BillBoard and Rank 5 by NME'S among of 2024 best K-pop songs ❤

5:17 "also.. is this, a little gay" 😂

Ah, yes. Welcome to Red Velvet. We question this every cb

THE WAY COSMIC WAS MY NUMBER 1 SONG FOR SPOTIFY WRAPPED 2024. SOTY RIGHT THERE

* Joy just renew her Contract!!! I might be wrong after all! That's really gooooooooooooooooood.

This song has a very bittersweet feel for Luvies—not just musically, as Umu mentioned, but also because of what it represents for Red Velvet as a group.

I went to their concert this August, and the vibe really felt like it could be their last tour. They gave everything they had on stage.
Joy was crying almost every time the crowd cheered for her, and everyone tried to hold back their tears whenever they spoke.

I hope Cosmic is not their last song as a group, but it seems unlikely that Yeri and Joy will extend their contracts with SM.

Still, I hope they can occasionally reunite for a comeback. 🥺

3:16 "when do they not?" Is so real LOL, they always do horror concept..
