the way this man is lifting as much weight as a small child and just casually talking about his flower tattoo representing gentleness and vulnerability LIKE SIR how do you expect me to survive this? Oliver the man that you are holy hell

Really appreciated that he's super intentional and intelligent about his veganism while being fully non-judgmental, and acknowledges that it's just NOT eating pulses and calling it a day. His beliefs around pushing himself hard physically to be soft and vulnerable to the world is a lovely ethos to have and share.

"I embrace softness." i think i just melted

Hes such a beautiful man and i dont mean physically because thats pretty obvious but the fact hes so intelligent and soft. This is what a real man should be like! This is the future of men passionate, strong but also sensitive and delicate too.

Looking at his house my first thought was "this is a very soft person's place" and hearing him say he embraces softness and being gentle i jumped of happiness!!! he's a very nice dude

Oliver is a great actor, no questions asked, but the fact that he's vegan (and why he changed his diet/ lifestyle), just makes him even more admirable. His passion for animals, and support for good causes in general, is amazing.

The amount of discipline this man has on his food and work out is unbelievable. My respect for you Oliver Stark.

Seeing his fridge and my fridge I feel like my fridge was hit by a tornado.

I had no idea he was British and a vegan. He just became 100x hotter. Lol.

This was a great video. First, I admire that he does his own programming and says how important it is to track your diet and exercise, but also account for things like daily weight fluctuations over the course of a week. I also like how he states that he's vegan for ethical reasons rather than performance reasons, and takes extra care to meal plan to ensure proper nutrition as a result. Overall, 10/10 Gym & Fridge tour.

I like his outlook on the lifestyle that he embraced. Makes one feel inspired to start their fitness journey.

Omg I didn't know he was vegan, I been vegan for almost 7 years now and it makes me so happy that he clarified it was for ethical reasons since people usually think being vegan is a "diet" or for the enviroment
