Michelle Trachtenberg was a great actress, nothing can tell me different. Makes me wonder what it takes for an actress with that screen charisma, chemistry with her fellow actors and range to just be mediocre in success? Sure there is an argument that she was one of the best actress from the 90's and 00's but I wonder how much of that comment comes from that she is dead now? There were a lot of great actress from the 90's and 00's and sure Michelle Trachtenberg was one of them but I think Michelle Trachtenberg either didn't or stopped playing the game. The Hollywood game. I think you know what I'm talking about. Didn't help that she gained a lot of weight in her early 30's and about that time she was starting to get sick from what would eventually kill her. For as cute as Michelle Trachtenberg was, from the inside she was in a lot of physical and emotional pain. There was some darkness in the middle of that girl. I think there was a lot of sadness and regret in her life and she projected that into a sassy and dark humored personality. I wonder if she really ever found love because she was never married or had no kids and she was in a long term romantic relationship of 5 years with her agent before she died. If this agent man really loved her, he didn't put a ring on her. She died alone in her NY apartment and her boyfriend was 2000 miles away in LA. Look, just some unwarranted life advice, if someone you love is dying or looks really sick, you don't go on a business trip to the other end of the country, you stay by her side. You can Zoom any meeting, you can sign contracts digitally.
