In this video, I'm unboxing the GHK 105 V3 that MOS Manufacture sent over for me to check out. It's an amazing day, and I'm very, very excited to finally get my hands on this. GHK is famous for being the company that really got the gas blowback AK right, and for a long time, everyone wanted a GHK AK. This is the V3, so I'm keen to see what's new and how it feels straight out of the box. Full disclosure, this was sent to me for free for review purposes, but all opinions are my own.

Getting it out of the large cardboard box, the first thing you notice is the feel of it. What I've heard about GHK has always been very, very good, and this is definitely living up to that initial impression. We're talking about a platform that normally runs about $700, so it's definitely an investment. It's an expensive piece of equipment, but if you want a realistic AK, it's not a crazy price. The magazines are a different story—they're about $80 a mag, which is a lot. I used to think $60 was pushing it, but here we are. During the video, I'll also touch on some other names in the space, like VFC AKs, and mention some parts from brands like KazunaWorks, Arc Tourist, and E-shooter to give some context.
My initial thoughts? I am very, very impressed so far. GHK is living up to its name. The rate of fire feels good, like a realistic AK, and the consistency is supposed to be amazing on these V3 models. It just feels solid. This is a platform that has a legendary reputation for a reason, and I'm looking forward to putting it through its paces.
