Ah yes, the Garandn't

"I like a crispy carbine". Nearly 65 and that's definitely the first time I've ever heard that line. 😂

You gotta check out Rising Storm 2 Vietnam, they have an M1 and an M2 carbine

11:50 It was a dry reload, you can see on the video the M1 Carbean Was at 0 bullets so there was no round in the chamber making the rack of the bolt fine.

Fun Fact: In World at War, the “full auto” Carbine you’re thinking about is the Pack-a-Punch version of the M1 Carbine that was in the zombies game mode, aka “Widdershins RC-1”. It makes the gun full auto and more damage.

That being said, the “select fire” attachment was tested in World at War’s multiplayer, but was cut due to it being bugged. It was supposed to be available for the StG44, M1 Carbine, and SVT-40 (yes, the Soviets did make select fire SVT-40s, the AVT-40).

In World at War the developers actually went out to a range and recorded the real gun sounds. So, that's a real M1's bark in game (albeit slightly altered)

Would love to see you include Easy Red 2 in these lists! Their team is fairly small and they've got a passion for historical accuracy.

The other version is the call of duty zombies version when you put it in the pack a punch machine.

I handled an M1 Garand, an M1 Thompson, and an M1 Carbine at a gun show while I was playing brothers in arms road to hill 30 and it shocked me how big and heavy the Thompson and garand were in the real world  and much i liked the M1 Carbine, which is weapon my grandfather used in war.

Hitler only has one ball, goring has two but small, himmler has something similar, but poor old goebells had no balls at all.

WWW buys a new car… starts engine… hmm… could use a bit more CLANK

Fun fact about Insurgency, an MP40 is also in the game for the insurgent forces. Modders had also added in a STG 44 (as a model replacement for the MP40) that would also be a plausable appearance, given that crates of unopened rifles was found during the Syrian Civil War back in 2012.

1:03 This is cursed

In Call of Duty 1 is the M1 A1 Carbine that you want, the paratrooper model, I remember it clearly because it's the first weapon they give you in the training camp or tutorial.

11:56 seems they did fire off all the rounds in the magazine though, HUD says they started with 9 rounds, fired 9 times, so chamber should have been empty.

7:42 the Wii version didn't have cross play, bit you probably were playing against people who were using the GameCube controller

5:58 I also enjoy my carbines crispy, just like my apple slices, french fries and fried chicken. 😋

WHERE IS DAY OF DEFEAT SOURCE?? The game had a decent M1 in it and for the graphics

Hell yeah I just sat down to eat, perfect timing

I’ve shot an M1 Carbine that I believe was later war or post war. The post war mags sometimes have a follower that holds the bolt temporarily open, but after they’re dropped, the bolt closes.
