Its funny how a YouTuber who does skits knows more about Superman's abilities than the comic writters, they always forgive what superman can do just so he is defeated.

This video action makes a pretty good point about the whole “magic weakness” argument

It’s not that Superman is inherently weak to it. It’s just that he doesn’t have any defense against it.

Essentially, if you shoot Batman with magic bullet and superman with a magic bullet, they’ll hurt them both equally. It’s not like Superman particularly weak. He’s an even playing field with everyone else because magic defies the laws of physics

7:16 what if earth blew up and someone beat you with last remmants of it?

2:58 Just let that sink in, Superman got smacked by that sink you just let in.

Kryptonite was radioactive material which absorbed all the screams and dead souls of krytonians(so according to braniac... Kryptonite effects superman mentally, so that's the weakness)

Sex Luthor my favorite DC villain

The reason kryptonite weakens superman is do to it becoming radioactive from the explosion that destroyed Krypton, the reason Kryptonians are weaker on Krypton is do to a different weakness that being Red sun radiation

3:03 - ah yes, the good old Kryptonite sink. Shame that never came to be a reality. I would have loved to see the full kitchen.
lol

Superman weaknesses are different from one version to the other. Movie one can be just killed with something strong, like Zodd, or how was the name of that guy. His neck was just broken without any kryptonite

0:29 we don't talk about pink one

4:49 practically the plot of 'The Boys'

Glad to see this one again. It was one of the videos that pointed out the many flaws with Batman's plan and how it succeeded in BvS.

Video starts at 1:07

it is messed up your home planet were all your family dies on and you wave it in his face like haha is the same and batmans mums necklace

I'm 3:10 so glad he isn't in charge of dc.

To be fair, though wouldn’t destroying the kryptonite with his heat vision, just turned it into a gas form, meaning that he could accidentally inhale the radioactive material? At least when it’s a rock, you can walk away from it and know for sure it’s not in your system.

In Forever Evil the alternate earth Superman, Ultraman, crushed up a bunch of Kryptonite and snorts it to get high

Yes, kryptonite is just a crystal from Krypton that was irradiated by the planets explosion and Superman HAS destroyed before with his heat vision when he was far enough away from it. His heat vision can vaporize atoms so it leaves no traces left. Its also a big reason why most of the time Kryptonite is used against Superman the writers make a big deal about him being surprised by it. Its still dumb as crap, given his senses and cognition speed, but at least an attempt was made.

So I don’t take this as canon but in Lego Batman two super man gets enough exposure from it to lose his powers

Technically you probably could fit every Kryptonian ever into a deep enough grave since they were all practically vaporized.
