Tom, you do a great job on these walks. You are so informative and knowledgeable.

Such clean streets the view all the people it's gorgeous ❤🎉

Hi tom amazing premiere take care and God bless

Hi Tom, my wife and I have been looking for a great neighborhood in NYC for a while, and after watching your Sutton Place videos, we decided to move forward with the purchase of an apartment in Sutton Place, totally based on your recommendation. Thank you!

That was quite enjoyable.  My grandfather was Rosario Candela, so I appreciated your mentioning him in your video.  According to wiki, he was the architect for #1, #4, #14 south, #25 and #30 in Sutton, along with dozens of other masterpieces throughout Manhattan.  Sadly, he died 4 years before I was born, so I never met him, but at least I inherited his Y chromosome.

Sounds like a very quiet residential area to live. It’s like the area where I was born and grown up!

Found your channel recently and I'm totally addicted! I've been binge watching your videos during my workouts! I like the one's where you talk through the tours! Great job thank you

Super organized and cleaned area!

Tom Love this Area and you are right you need the separation for peace. Also Love Trader Joe's and Whole foods we need more 😉💯✌️Thank You.....

I love that you mentioned Rosario Candela. You should do a video specifically showcasing his brilliant edifices on Fifth and Park, I prefer these limestone and brick structures more than the glossy high-rises on billionaires row.

Love the business/ financial education brother, while touring, it’s amazing 🤝 definitely different content + unique

This looks like a nice place to live in the city. I looked up prices of condos, not as crazy as I thought

Didn’t see the Roosevelt tram going by.  This Sutton place video is in the evening and the first one in the morning.  Very nice contrast.  I have an entire new outlook on NYC now.

❤ your walk around the posh part of NYC! If we win the lottery in the UK we are on a plane to JFK, & purchasing a condo I like this Sutton Place but some of the area is too pricey even with a lottery win! Absolutely stunning bridge , great shot of the bridge what a view over the river just beautiful. I like Tribeca from what i saw of your video pretty quant area with nice little coffee & tea shops I would move there! I can dream. 😊

Love from Texas Thomas ❤❤ your voice is very soothing and I have learned so much about the co-op.

Oh I will watch this one when I get home from work tonight

Sutton Place is just exquisitely beautiful peaceful clean and calming
I love to read so the park would be my fav place to be
And just looking out over the river especially in the evening with everything lit up would keep me mesmerized
Thanks for this lovely experience 😊

Sutton Place is just beautiful! The buildings are so detailed!  The dog in the window has a great view! Thanks for the walk about!

Yes, this area is like the Brooklyn area.
