After trudging through a dozen episodes of Hotel Inspector, it's an inspiration to see a smart couple execute their dream well. Even better to check the reviews and see that they've maintained that standard for many years -  perfect, consistent 5-star reviews. Extremely impressive.

Painting the outside Grey is so depressing!  Do they want it to look like a battleship in War?  Some people's  choice's never  stop amazing me. Good luck!

When will people learn that their "budget" has almost nothing to do with what a huge renovation will actually cost??  They need to learn how to project a realistic budget.

it all turned out beautifully .  However  lining up all the duces ( tables ) in the breakfast room like that is a turn off . as it offers zero privacy from the couples next to you . They should be augmented

I am watching this in 2021.  I hope you have been very successful & enjoyed running Driftwood.  You certainly deserve it.

I run a holiday villa, white linen and white towels are the bane of my life, blood, make up, sun cream and fake tan destroy everything!! Prepare for buying new every season!!!! Do not spend a fortune, it's not worth it!!

Beautiful,  however i would put a little privacy screen made from wood in between the two balconies, just for a bit more privacy, dont neccesarily want to greet the other guests on the other balcony in the morning in my night gown.

Hate the grey outside, ; would not invite me inside. I lived in Brixham for a few years  but prefer Torquay.

Great show and great to see the couple successfully completing such a hard slog.

really  dislike the dull colour scheme , grey is the last thing i want to see on holiday and granny wallpaper.

Gotta say the tiny TV on the wall is a miss, (it would be funny, if it were not soooo sad.) They could add binoculars to each of the window sills, so the guests can get the most out of the fab view.

I stayed in this B&B in its previous incarnation a couple of times. Cheap and cheerful it was. Fine for me though.
