In THE REAL TRAP, ZEZÉ and TÔNI go to withdraw money from an ATM and, as one conversation leads to another, or rather, in their case, as one idle chatter leads to another, they spend an endless amount of time talking about everything and anything.
From the price of oil to plastic surgery, from paranoia about security to education, to health, and even the increase in interest rates, everything is dissected through the twisted and demented lens of these two mammals of the famous "Chico-Espertus Lusitanus" species. A breed that, unfortunately for some, and fortunately for others, is far from extinction.
The Conversation of the Trap adventure began at the Carlos Paredes Auditorium in 1997, and since then it has toured the country, sold out the Coliseu dos Recreios for several weeks, was a radio program and a television series. The DVD, the book, and the film later confirmed the duo's success. In 2008, they presented THE REAL NONSENSE, a return to the essence of the "philosophy of nonsense" that made thousands of viewers laugh... who had long been clamoring for more!
